We combine your blood results with your answers on diet, lifestyle, body and goals. Our rules engine sets each ingredient and dose from that, within EU safe upper limits.

How many ingredients can be in my formula?

Our library holds up to 100 ingredients. Your formula includes only the ones your blood results, lifestyle and goals call for.

Which biomarkers do you test?

The panel covers markers such as vitamin D, vitamin B12, folate, iron, zinc, selenium, copper and selected B vitamins.

Where can I take the blood test?

Anywhere you like. We tell you exactly which blood markers to test. Take that list to the lab that is closest or most convenient for you.

How long until I receive my formula?

Under a month after your results arrive, and usually faster. Each formula is made to order.

Can I take other supplements at the same time?

Tell us what you already take in the questionnaire. We account for it so you do not double up.

How often should I retest?

About every 3 months. Your formula updates after each test.

What happens if a result looks abnormal?

If a value is far outside the healthy range, we tell you to see a doctor first. Some things need medical care. Supplements are the wrong tool for them.
